Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies (including analytics tools such as Google Analytics) to collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time on site.

- To match you with local service providers who can respond to your quote request.
- To respond to questions, corrections, or press inquiries you send us.
- To understand how visitors use our guides so we can improve them.

3. How We Share Your Information
Matched service providers. When you submit a quote request form, we share your contact information (name, phone, email, ZIP, project details) with one or more local contractors or service providers matched to your request. We may receive a referral fee for this match. Those providers may contact you directly by phone, text, or email — including using automated dialing or texting systems — about your request. Service providers we use to run this site. We share limited data with vendors who host our site, process form submissions, and provide analytics (e.g., hosting providers, Google Analytics). These vendors are contractually limited to using data only to provide services to us.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of KennewHouse, our users, or others.

All users: you can ask us to stop sharing your information with matched providers, or to delete information we hold about you, at any time by emailing privacy@kennewhouse.com. Note that this does not retract information already shared with a matched provider before your request.
Opting out of provider contact: if a matched provider continues to contact you after you’ve asked them to stop, contact that provider directly — they are independently responsible for honoring do-not-call and do-not-text requests once you’ve made one, and are separately subject to TCPA and state telemarketing law.
6. Data Retention
We retain quote-request information for as long as needed to fulfill the match and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping, then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s standard retention settings.
7. Children’s Privacy
kennewhouse.com/ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
